How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your order directly via the carrier's website.
Are frames included with the posters?
No, frames are not included with the posters. You will only receive the printed poster, ready to be framed according to your preferences.
How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return, contact us at affichastudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days after we receive your return.
